Welcome to the Carousel blog. My name is Adam Boxer, and I’m a science teacher at The Totteridge Academy, the Education Director at Carousel, and freelance educational consultant working with schools across the country.

This blog focuses on my three education passions:

Teaching: how we improve our day-to-day practice in the classroom.

Learning: how we ensure students are consolidating and growing their memories over the long term, rather than forgetting everything as soon as they’ve left the classroom.

Leading: how leaders can facilitate incredible teaching and learning, and lead their departments and schools as they continue to improve.
